Rachael's Baby's Story   — rachael cartwright, uk, united kingdom

I had my daughter ten year ago. I wasn't tested for group B strep. It was found when too late. I had her at 25 weeks. She lived 31days. Before this I had suffered from water infections and high fever and vaginal bleeding. I have since had 3 more children and had to remind them when in labour that I need IV antibiotics. She suffered sepsis mrsa.. Please let others be aware that if I had been monitored better throughout that my daughter would be alive today. I got my antibiotics with my three other three children who are all are healthy. I was only 18 when I lost my daughter and it was all too much. It could have been prevented.
